RH&Co. helps expert-led businesses to clarify and communicate their message and build their brand reputation. Founded in 2016, they work with clients nationally and internationally within technology, healthcare, sustainability and B2B services. The agency had changed a lot since the pandemic and the main challenge was how to modernise RH&Co.’s brand identity to reflect this, but still remain approachable; our solution was a bold, sharp brand with a humanistic feel.

RH&Co.’s previous brand and website was created three years previously, and the business had changed significantly since the pandemic in 2020. They had matured as an organisation, grown the team, were working at a much higher level and were now targeting larger businesses; they needed their brand to reflect the more sophisticated services they now offered.
Their old branding was friendly, approachable and welcoming, which people liked, so the challenge was how to create a sharper identity that was more direct, results driven and client focused whilst still retaining that personable aspect. The previous brand was also focused around Rin, the founder - the new brand needed to represent the whole and ever growing team both now and in the future.

We created a bold and confident visual identity for RH&Co. that was both minimalistic and sophisticated but still full of character. The focal point of the ampersand emphasises the importance of collaboration to the business, and encompasses the pivotal role of the team and clients alongside the founder.
Coupled with a creative yet warm colour palette which uses coral to link in with the old branding but in a more grown up form, the overall brand image is professional yet approachable. The ‘co’ that forms part of the stacked logo lock-up can also be activated to communicate and bring to life the brand’s mission and contemporary values.

The outcome is a strong brand and toolkit for the business that can be used in different ways both now and in the future. RH&Co. commented that this was so much more valuable in that the elements can be used again and again, and create an overarching consistency that helps to build trust with their audience.
The response to the rebrand has been positive, and it has increased confidence internally particularly when doing recent podcast and webinar appearances. Rin commented that she felt more confidence when people encountered the brand for the first time, now that their visual identity matched the quality of the services they provide. We continue to develop our strategic partnership with Rin and the team.
